We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns page for detailed instructions.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, contact our customer service team for a return authorization and follow the instructions provided or you can go to returns and refunds page then select the product you want to return and fill the form, then finally submit it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Click on the “Sign Up” button at the top of our webapp and fill in the required information. You can also create an account during the checkout process.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
